Nemov Coat Rack

Inspired by the elegant movement of the Mimosa Pudica plant, Nemov reinterprets the branching logic of nature as a functional furniture object. Its slender central stem gradually unfolds into a series of articulated arms, allowing the coat rack to adapt to different storage needs while maintaining a clean and balanced silhouette.

Designed to reduce visual clutter, each arm can be opened only when needed and folded back into the main structure when not in use. This dynamic configuration preserves the simplicity of the object while offering flexibility in everyday use.

The project explores the relationship between organic growth and modular functionality, transforming the quiet behaviour of a plant into an intuitive interaction between user and object.
